No. habitlume is a one-time purchase, full stop. You pay once for the tier you choose and you own that tier for life. There is no recurring billing, no renewal date, and no auto-charge. You will not be billed a second time unless you choose to upgrade to a higher tier.
Lifetime access means: as long as habitlume exists as a product, you can use the tier you purchased without paying again. We commit to keeping the service running for the foreseeable future. If we ever had to shut the service down, we would give at least 90 days notice and an export of all your data.
All payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment providers. We never see, store, or transmit your full card number on our servers. Charges will appear on your bank statement as HABITLUME*MELTIAN.
Every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, email support@habitlume.app and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Yes. If you purchased a lower tier and want to move up, you only pay the difference between what you paid and the higher tier. You never pay twice for the same features.
Yes. Your entries are encrypted at rest. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your entries to train any AI models. You can export everything you have written at any time, or delete your account permanently from settings.
habitlume runs in any modern web browser - desktop and mobile. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap. Sync limits depend on your tier (see Pricing).

No. Journals are private by design and entries are encrypted at rest. If you want to share a specific page or week, you can export it and share the export manually.
Dedicated mobile apps are on the roadmap. In the meantime, the habitlume web app works on mobile browsers and supports a home-screen install on iOS and Android.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page and we will send a reset link to your email. If you have also lost access to that email, contact support@habitlume.app from any address and we will help verify your identity.
There is limited offline support today - your most recent pages remain readable, and entries you write offline sync the next time you connect. Full offline sync is on the roadmap.
habitlume launches in English. Additional languages are on the roadmap, with priority based on requests from our users.
Not currently. habitlume is designed as a personal journal tool. Each account is intended for a single person.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete account. This permanently erases your journal entries, account data, and any associated metadata. The action cannot be undone.
